1. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal Information Provided by You. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, including:

  • Email addresses
  • Names
  • Passwords (hashed)
  • Billing addresses
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe)

Encryption Keys. Your ML-KEM-1024 public key is stored on our servers to enable secure file sharing. Your private key is encrypted with your password and stored only on your device. We never have access to your private key or unencrypted data.

Important: Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we cannot access your encrypted files. When you share a document, the encryption key is re-encrypted for the recipient using their public key.

We keep your information for as long as you have an active account with us. When you delete your account, we will deactivate it and delete your personal information from our active databases. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, or comply with legal requirements.

We implement industry-leading security measures:

  • Post-Quantum Cryptography: ML-KEM-1024 (NIST FIPS 203) for key encapsulation, protecting against quantum computer attacks
  • Client-Side Encryption: AES-256-GCM encryption happens on your device before files are uploaded
  • Zero-Knowledge Architecture: We cannot access your files or encryption keys
  • Secure Password Storage: Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
  • Encrypted Transit: All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS

However, no electronic transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
